Chakras are centers where energy exchange takes place, on etheric and higher levels of human energy field.
Each chakra processes different energy vibration. There are correspondences. See CK Club info.
When do we get unbalanced? blocks, weak broken structures, etc.
How do we balance it? Through conscious awareness and higher guidance.

What to expect: small online group, quick introduction, then meditation, then closing circle
